Now In Stock!!
R.B.S.L. V2's are here!!!!
New V2 Designed Offset rod ends(7075 Aluminum)and M2.5 Pivot Balls(Stainless Steel) give added strength, clearance and style to the R.B.S.L. !!! Now with their own pivot balls! There are 3 sizes that will all fit the same rod end. M2.5, M2, M1.4. These are small on one side and bigger on the other, when installed correctly, these rod ends will never come off! This V2 R.B.S.L. for the TRX4m stock width axles, comes with a M2.5 pivot balls for the steering link, a M2.5/M2 pivot ball for the servo horn. If needed, add the M1.4 pivot ball to your cart. The M1.4 Pivot ball has the added bonus of being inset so the the screw head is flush with the pivot ball lip. Keeps the screws short and gives clearance away from the diff cover.
Choose your drag link length for either stock vertical or laydown servo setup.
Some modification to stock rails may be necessary for having the drag link run off the knuckle.
**Currently the V2 R.B.S.L. will not work with the 3Flow9 RC Flow Skid for the TRX4m. A new version of the Flow Skid will be available soon. Just needs a trim**
Step away from the square edge steering links and step towards the R.B.S.L. for your TRX4m Axles! This steering link has 16 5mm sealed or 14 6mm sealed bearings! This dramatically reduces the risk of hang-up from a square edged steering links. Now the R.B.S.L allows you to slide over the hang ups giving you that flow in your ride. Hardware is included.
Added benefits
Zero drag steering link- No edges to get caught on here. 16 sealed and oiled bearings on the 5mm and 13 sealed and oiled bearings on the 6mm give no resistance to glancing edges
Adjustable drag link - no more offsetting of your steering rate from off center servos
Adjustable Toe-In / Toe -Out - most aftermarket parts aren't too off but some are. Now you can adjust Toe angle if needed. They are a few turns in either directions on the tie rod ends for a few degrees of adjustment.
For rock crawling Toe-out gives you a better initial turn in on corner entry but will make the truck unstable under acceleration(faster trucks) on the straights and on bumpy tracks
Toe-in will reduce steering when entering a corner but improves steering response on corner exit under acceleration(faster trucks)
A slight 1° toe out would be good for our slow crawlers.
But have fun trying the different setups. Every truck setup is different so one might work better for your terrain or setup.
Added weight - R.B.S.L 5mm - 9 grams
