Please note that once your package is shipped with the courier, its out of my hands. All packages come with USPS Ground advantage Insurance for up to $100 value but you must wait 45 days from after your deilvery date to file a claim with USPS. If you dont want to wait that long and would like your parts replaced, then you must OPT in for the Shipping Protection. Shipping Protection will be added to your cart and will cover for Loss or damaged packages with the appropriate evidence for your claim. When approved, you will get the missing or damaged parts replaced with free shipping.
